Jeffrey M. Binder Esq.

Managing Member of Strategic Political Group, Jeffrey M. Binder, Esq. is a practicing attorney who specializes in working at the intersection of law, politics, and public policy. He is also a litigator who has tried numerous cases across a diverse legal spectrum including election law matters, criminal, and civil cases. He brings his legal, policy and advocacy skills into every negotiation, every committee room,and every opportunity to represent the client.

Jeff is a leader in political strategy and is well respected for his thoughtful pursuit of his client’s interests, both in long-term goals and immediate crisis resolution. His opinions on current political developments are frequently quoted in the press and he has appeared on numerous public affairs issues programs. He has also written several op-Ed and feature articles on both political and legal matters of the day.

Paul J. Noto Esq.

Paul J. Noto, Esq., a practicing attorney, is a former member of the Westchester County Board of Legislators. From 1994-2001, he served as minority leader and majority leader. Representing parts of Harrison, Rye Town, Mamaroneck Village and the entire Villages of Port Chester and Rye Brook, Paul was involved in key policy decisions of Westchester County Government and served as Co-Chair of the Legislature’s highly praised Task Force on Families. He pushed for strong anti-crime measures and was a leading proponent of many environmental initiatives.

Kenneth A. Leitner Esq.

Kenneth A. Leitner, Esq. is a practicing attorney and a hands-on business, legal and policy executive. He has more than ten years experience negotiating and managing major real estate and business transactions and has a proven ability to coordinate the various aspects of complex transactions and navigate the government approval process. Ken is also highly skilled in the areas of corporate law and governance, litigation, economic and business development and provides effective strategic planning, public relations and government affairs services. From 1999 to 2011, Ken served as the Vice President and General Counsel of the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation of the State of New York (RIOC), the public benefit corporation responsible for the development and operation of Roosevelt Island. From both legal and policy perspectives, Ken guided RIOC’s major development projects and business transactions.
